SW3 : Raika Tsukishiro

My OC Raika[Rusu] Tsukishiro

She’s the retainer of Date clan. In her design , I don’t want so much clothes or long fabric because it’s quite difficult to move or fight. I want her image to look like warrior because she’s not princess or Lady even she used to be.

I use inner armor as Japanese Tatami-Gusoku “畳具足”[or retractable card plate armor] and outer with Sendai-dou “仙台胴” [Single plate western body , Sendai style] armor style which apply from Nanban-Dou “南蛮胴” [Western Style] and I apply it into women style and put the sakura-printed on it for her name “Raika” [雷花] or “Thunder Flower”.

I changed her Kusazuri” 草摺” or tassets into skirt style to match with her European-style armor.And I put belt to match with Masamune-SW3’s design.

Her right sleeve are according to how onna-musha “女武者” [woman warrior] wear the gauntlet or Gote [籠手] on their kimono.[Like this ]And on the lest one , I put the same design of golden leave which appear on Masamune’s Jim-baori “陣羽織” [Battle Surcoat],

I managed her to wear western style booth but also have some Japanese style on the top [as you can see the green line on her booth , It’s a Japanese style for some old costume in Kamakura period]

About her blue scarf , It just a bit special. Even the color are not match with the other option so much. Nut it the memento for her beloved-big brother who died in the battle field.

She’s always wear it when she go to the battlefield and It’s mean Her brother always be with her and fight with her every where.

Her weapon’s not ordinary Naginata , but also Bizento or Chinese style halberd with some of my imagine heh heh. It’s called “KokurouRaikou” [黒龍雷光] or mean “Lighting of the Black dragon”

Personal : She’s kind of Onna-Myuri “女冥利” or joy to born as a woman and she also proud to be a women who stronger than man to.

When she was young , she’s hot blood and look so bully girls . It’s just the same when she grew up and join the date army. But after she lose her beloved big brother,She’ve changed into cold , calm , and look more scary than before . Her eyes was very cold and sharp like a wolf ,many people said that her brother soul might posse her.

Ability : She’s an expert on fighting on the horse back or Cavalry [or Kibesen “騎馬戦” in Japanese] and also the professional Naginata user to.
